Step 1: Application Approval

Step 2: Home Check (may be conducted virtually or in person)

Step 3: Meet and Greet

Step 4: Adoption Finalization

Please Note:

• Completion of this application does not guarantee adoption of a pet.

• Applicant/Adopter must be 21 years of age or older.

• All dogs currently residing in your home must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

• Your adoption donation will cover spay/neuter, microchip, up to date vaccinations, deworm and heartworm/flea/tick prevention.

• The adoption donation is $150 for dogs/puppies and $75 for kittens/cats.
